Almost Perfect Cheese Toast

Sunday Evenings always get me depressed after a lazy long weekend, I really hate getting back to the week… Last weekend was so much fun… Had a lovely Friday night out with Pritish, a very relaxed Saturday < I so wished Sunday evening was this close and a long 5 day wait before the next weekend starts..

So My husband, he is a darling, got me all cheered with a murder mystery movie Sunday evening.. Oh I love murder mystery, be it any language, so we got the TV set , but you know something, no movie is complete without munchies… And I don’t mean popcorn.. I need good grub when there is a movie and something sancky and it has to be quick… What could be quicker than cheese toast, 15 mins, 6 ingredients and you are good to go… so while my husband tried to figure out what we were to watch, I got our snack fixed so here it goes… Quick and easy

Almost Perfect Cheese Toast

4 slices of  Bread (any bread, I used brown, thick ones)

Cheese (there is no limit, Keep grating as much as you want)

Chilli Flakes…

Preheat oven to 375 F Generously butter bread and place on a baking tray lined with foil and then Bake for 3 minutes or until butter is melted. Top with slices of cheese to completely cover the bread.Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling with golden patches. Garnish with chilli flakes and parsley and serve with Mustard sauces and goes perfectly well with mystery movie…. Oh and as for the movie we caught up on the Golden Fort (Sonar Kella) by Satyajit Ray and a perfect way to end the Weekend…
